Clean Energy Solutions
Our commitment to use clean energy has been a long standing 17 year journey. We have made steady investments in Solar and Wind energy, ensuring that we generate far more green energy than what our manufacturing operations consume.
Our Clean Energy Journey

Water Conservation
We all know the adverse impact of the Apparel Industry on the depletion of water resources. Not only massive amounts of water being consumed for processing textiles but in addition the formerly irresponsible approach to drain out untreated polluted water lead to large scale contamination of fresh water resources.
We have worked closely with our process house partners to ensure the state of the art infrastructure is being used to treat each gallon of effluent which is effectively treated, decolorized and purified to near drinkable levels and is almost entirely being reused for processing. The initiative is proudly stated as ZLD or Zero Liquid Discharge!
Stringent measures have been put in place to ensure the effective functioning of this truly world class system

Sustainable Materail
We have been in the forefront in our ability to process and offer sustainable materials to our esteemed customers. To ensure as light a carbon footprint as possible we adhere to the following:
- Green Supply Chain – We make it a point to ensure that the Cotton yarn, which is our main raw material, comes from Spinning mills that get most of their energy from Renewable sources.
- Significant use of Organic Cotton – Currently approximately 50% of our total Cotton consumption is using Organic Cotton, which is set to go up with growing demand for greener apparels.
- Responsible Use of chemicals – We strictly adhere to and update the restricted substances list to ensure use of safe chemicals. We are also working on use of natural dyes in certain products.
- Recycled Polyester – We also consume significant quantities of Polyester for which we are now rapidly shifting towards Polyester made from recycling PET bottles, there by reducing reliance on fresh fossil fuels and utilization of plastic waste which is polluting our oceans and filling up our land fills.
- Other Sustainable fibres – We are also working with other cellulosic fibres such as Ecovero TM which come from certified and sustainable wood sources that are always replenished through reforestation.
- Cut waste reuse – Fabric cut waste is segregated color wise / material wise and is supplied to recyclers, who break the bits into fibre and spin O/E yarns for various applications.
